Strategy
The Company's business strategy is to build a portfolio of producing oil and gas assets together with a good quality exploration acreage position in key geographic regions. The Directors have assembled a team of highly experienced oil industry professionals covering the geological, geophysical, petroleum engineering, commercial and contract licensing disciplines.
The Company also takes an interest in renewable energy, gas storage and the energy services area.
In time, the directors plan to realise shareholder value either via a stock-market listing or other mechanisms appropriate to prevailing market conditions.
